Returning Merchandise

If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a "Store Credit" only. All returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive a authorization for a return, please complete the form below within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error can not be returned.

  • Please note that we can only authorize a "Store Credit"once per order.


"SALE" CATEGORY

Only regular priced items may be returned for "Store Credit", unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. All items from the sale category are final sale.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging along with your receipt.


Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, then you will be emailed a gift card number for future purchases within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a "Store Credit", the cost of shipping will be deducted from your "Store Credit" amount.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping

Shipping cost is based on the items/items weight size and shipping address. 

Shipping charges will automatically updated in the shopping care before checkout when ordering online.

UPS and USPS options will be available for all items shipped. 

 

When do orders ship out?

All orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the same day. 

All orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped on the next business day. 

How long will it take to receive an order?

Once an order has been shipped, the customer should receive the order within in 2 to 5 business days, based on the shipping option selected during checkout.

If expedited shipping (overnight) is needed, please call customer service to place your order over the phone.
